I grew up with two amazing identical twin aunts, my mom’s older sisters. They were larger than life, loved me, had great style, and spoiled me whenever they could. After the first twin’s death, I started this painting. Circular, organic shapes came naturally, reminding me of the strong ties in their immediate and extended family. I will always remember the twins and hope everyone has a special family member to cherish.
